Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onion on top.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes.
