Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each into a bagel.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
