Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each into a bagel.
  3. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning before air frying.
