Description

A quick and easy breakfast burrito made in the air fryer, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked sausage or bacon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté bell peppers and onions until soft.
  3. Beat eggs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Pour into the pan with vegetables and scramble until cooked.
  4. Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 30 seconds.
  5. Fill each tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheese, and optional meat.
  6. Roll into burritos, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Place burritos seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  8. Serve warm.

  • Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Add hot sauce or salsa for extra flavor.
