Description
Crispy and delicious donuts made easily in your air fryer with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray or oil (for coating)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly coat donuts with cooking spray or oil.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before glazing or topping as desired.

- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Use a piping bag for easier dough shaping.
