Description
Quick and juicy steak bites cooked in an air fryer with a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the steak pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While the steak cooks, melt butter in a small pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Toss the cooked steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
- Serve immediately.
