Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the steak pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. While the steak cooks, melt butter in a small pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
