Description

A quick and easy lasagna made in the air fryer with layers of pasta, cheese, and sauce.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of an air fryer-safe dish.
  3. Place 3 cooked lasagna noodles on top.
  4. Spread half the ricotta cheese over the noodles.
  5. Sprinkle half the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with sauce and cheese.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Use no-boil lasagna noodles for quicker prep.
