Delicious brownies made with leftover almond pulp, offering a healthy twist on the classic dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond pulp
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add wet ingredients and stir until combined
- Fold in almond pulp
- Pour batter into greased baking dish
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- Let cool before cutting

- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days
- Can substitute coconut oil for butter
