Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 equal squares.
- Place a portion of the apple mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
