Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to coat with the sauce.
