Description
A refreshing and festive sangria perfect for fall gatherings. Made with apple cider, fresh fruit, and a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp whole cloves
- 1 cup sparkling water (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, brandy, and maple syrup.
- Add sliced apple, pear, orange, cinnamon sticks, and cloves.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, add sparkling water if desired.
- Serve over ice with fruit slices for garnish.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace wine and brandy with grape juice and omit alcohol.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Best served chilled.
