Description

A refreshing and festive sangria perfect for fall gatherings. Made with apple cider, fresh fruit, and a hint of spice.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp whole cloves
  • 1 cup sparkling water (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, apple cider, brandy, and maple syrup.
  2. Add sliced apple, pear, orange, cinnamon sticks, and cloves.
  3. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, add sparkling water if desired.
  5. Serve over ice with fruit slices for garnish.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace wine and brandy with grape juice and omit alcohol.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Best served chilled.
