Description

A hearty dish combining the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with cheese-filled tortellini for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cheese-filled tortellini
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add cooked tortellini and bacon to the skillet with the beef.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Pour sauce over the tortellini mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt before serving.
