A hearty dish combining the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with cheese-filled tortellini for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cheese-filled tortellini
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
- Add cooked tortellini and bacon to the skillet with the beef.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour sauce over the tortellini mixture and stir to combine.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt before serving.
