Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie (8 oz)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle honey evenly over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the honey.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the brie is soft and slightly melted.
- Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- Let the brie sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking for even melting.
