Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix chicken, beans, cheese, salsa, cumin, and chili powder in a bowl.
  3. Spoon filling onto tortillas and fold tightly into burrito shapes.
  4. Brush each chimichanga with olive oil.
