Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, mashed banana, milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until firm.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
