Ingredients
- 8 oz salmon fillet
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Place salmon, feta, tomatoes, and garlic in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon is cooked.
- Break salmon into chunks and mix with pasta.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
