Description
Crispy cauliflower bites coated in a creamy, spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry cauliflower until golden brown.
- Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a separate bowl.
- Toss fried cauliflower in the sauce.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, double-fry the cauliflower.
- Adjust sriracha for desired spiciness.
