Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef and crisp broccoli in a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch


Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
  2. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Remove from pan.
  4. Add broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the pan. Pour sauce over and stir well.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with rice.

Notes

  • Slice beef thinly for the best texture.
