Description
A hearty and cheesy beef and tortellini bake that’s easy to make and perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked tortellini with the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh tortellini for the best texture.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra spice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
