Description

A hearty and cheesy beef and tortellini bake that’s easy to make and perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked tortellini with the beef mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
