Description
A fusion dish combining beef enchilada flavors with tortellini pasta for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened.
- Stir in enchilada sauce, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Cover and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh tortellini for best texture.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
