  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and mushrooms, sauté until softened.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir.
  5. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
