Ingredients

- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine oats and milk. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in protein powder until fully mixed.
