Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and dry the berries, then slice strawberries if using.
- In a small bowl, mix goat cheese and honey until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of the goat cheese mixture onto each berry or arrange on a platter.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

- Use room-temperature goat cheese for easier mixing.
