Description
A simple and healthy berry yogurt parfait layered with fresh berries, yogurt, and granola.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Layer half the yogurt in a glass or bowl.
- Add half the berries on top.
- Sprinkle half the granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
- Drizzle honey on top if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Swap granola for nuts or seeds if preferred.
