Description
Classic Maryland crab cakes made with minimal filler for maximum crab flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Gently mix crab meat with mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, and Old Bay.
- Fold in bread crumbs and parsley without breaking up crab chunks.
- Form into 4 patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook crab cakes 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
