Description
A simple and delicious no-bake treat combining Biscoff cookies and chocolate.
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g Biscoff cookie spread
- 100g Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl over simmering water.
- Spread half the melted chocolate onto the prepared tray.
- Warm the Biscoff spread slightly and drizzle it over the chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies evenly over the top.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the cookies.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Use white or milk chocolate as an alternative.
- Add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
