Description

A simple and delicious no-bake treat combining Biscoff cookies and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 150g Biscoff cookie spread
  • 100g Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. Spread half the melted chocolate onto the prepared tray.
  4. Warm the Biscoff spread slightly and drizzle it over the chocolate layer.
  5. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies evenly over the top.
  6. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the cookies.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Use white or milk chocolate as an alternative.
  • Add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
