Description
Crispy blackened fish tacos made easily in the air fryer. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 tbsp blackened seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat fish fillets with olive oil and blackened seasoning.
- Place fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until fish flakes easily.
- Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 1 minute.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Adjust blackened seasoning to taste.
- Use flour tortillas if preferred.
- Double the recipe for more servings.
