Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then cut into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and romaine lettuce.
  3. Cut the lettuce into small squares.
  4. Thread a tomato, a piece of bacon, and a lettuce square onto each skewer.
  5. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
