Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, mashed banana, honey, vanilla, and chia seeds.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients.
- Top with blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir before serving and enjoy cold.
