Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
- Mix in the lime juice and lime zest.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust.

- Let the bars cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting.
