Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream for ganache.
  8. Blend berries and honey for sauce.
  9. Serve pancakes topped with ganache and berry sauce.
