Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. Add cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half the cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts.
