A creamy and spicy pasta dish combining the flavors of buffalo chicken dip with tender pasta for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Add cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half the cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
