Description

A creative twist on traditional nachos using a bundt pan to create a fun and shareable appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer tortilla chips in a bundt pan, covering the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle half the cheese over the chips.
  4. Add ground beef or chicken and black beans.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate.
