A creative twist on traditional nachos using a bundt pan to create a fun and shareable appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer tortilla chips in a bundt pan, covering the bottom.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the chips.
- Add ground beef or chicken and black beans.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use oven mitts when handling the hot bundt pan.
- Customize toppings to your preference.
- For vegetarian option, omit meat and add extra beans or veggies.
