Description

A delicious fusion of burgers and quesadillas, combining juicy beef, melted cheese, and crispy tortillas for a quick, satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with oil.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half the cheese, then spread beef, onions, and jalapeños evenly.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and another tortilla. Press gently.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese melts.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
