Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, coffee granules, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
