  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
