Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning. Cook until beef is browned.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
