Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning. Cook until beef is browned.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses. Stir until melted and smooth.
