Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the tomatoes with the mozzarella mixture.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
