Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Whisk eggs and Parmesan in a bowl.
- Toss hot noodles with egg mixture, adding reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
- Stir in bacon and garlic. Season with black pepper.
