Ingredients

- 1 cup milk or water

- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine oats and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in grated carrots, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft.
- Add maple syrup, raisins, and vanilla extract.
- Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
