Ingredients

  • 1 head radicchio, quartered
  • 4 slices rustic bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush radicchio quarters with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
