Description

A rich and creamy twisted pasta dish with cheesy Alfredo sauce and golden garlic butter chicken.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz twisted pasta
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until golden and no longer pink (5-7 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the pan. Toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melting.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
  • Garnish with extra parsley before serving.
