Description

A hearty and flavorful pasta dish featuring cheesy beef and Italian sausage in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use any pasta shape if rigatoni is not available.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic to suit your taste.
