Description

A creamy and savory dish featuring tender bowtie pasta tossed in a cheesy sauce with juicy garlic parmesan chicken.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully done (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
