A creamy and savory dish featuring tender bowtie pasta tossed in a cheesy sauce with juicy garlic parmesan chicken.
Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully done (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for better melting.
- Adjust salt to taste if needed.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
