Description

Creamy cheesy garlic butter chicken bites served with rigatoni pasta in a rich alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken bites and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Add cooked rigatoni and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
