Description
A rich and flavorful dish featuring tender steak paired with rigatoni pasta in a creamy four-cheese sauce infused with garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup shredded gouda
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest before slicing.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add all cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Toss cooked rigatoni in the cheese sauce.
- Slice steak and serve over pasta. Garnish with parsley.

- Use freshly grated cheese for best melting.
- Adjust steak doneness to your preference.
- Reserve pasta water to thin sauce if needed.
