Description
Juicy steak bites coated in garlic butter and melted cheese served over creamy linguine pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package directions.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to simmer.
- Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until melted.
- Toss cooked pasta with the steak and sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for best melting.
- Let steak rest at room temperature before cooking.
- Substitute half-and-half for lighter version.
