Description

Juicy steak bites coated in garlic butter and melted cheese served over creamy linguine pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to simmer.
  6. Stir in mozzarella and parmesan until melted.
  7. Toss cooked pasta with the steak and sauce.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
