Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish combining cheesy tortellini with seasoned ground beef in a garlic herb parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Mix in cooked tortellini and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
