Description
A hearty and cheesy pasta dish with the flavors of a classic cheeseburger.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz elbow pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and milk to the skillet. Mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Add diced tomatoes for extra texture.
