Description
A creamy and cheesy pasta dish with tender chicken, Velveeta, and a mozzarella garlic sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked twisted pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Reduce heat to low, then stir in Velveeta until melted.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix well.
- Add cooked pasta, shredded mozzarella, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until cheese is fully melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat on the stove with a splash of milk to maintain creaminess.
