Description

A creamy and cheesy pasta dish with tender chicken, Velveeta, and a mozzarella garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked twisted pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Reduce heat to low, then stir in Velveeta until melted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and mix well.
  6. Add cooked pasta, shredded mozzarella, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until cheese is fully melted.
  7. Serve hot.
