Description

Ingredients

  • 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 20 bocconcini cheese balls
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks for serving


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half.
  2. Drain the bocconcini and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Place a basil leaf on top of each tomato half.
  4. Add a bocconcini ball on top of the basil.
  5. Secure each stack with a toothpick.
  6. Arrange the bites on a serving platter.
