Ingredients
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 20 bocconcini cheese balls
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toothpicks for serving
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half.
- Drain the bocconcini and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Place a basil leaf on top of each tomato half.
- Add a bocconcini ball on top of the basil.
- Secure each stack with a toothpick.
- Arrange the bites on a serving platter.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the bites.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
