Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated asiago cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add cubed chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Reduce heat to medium, stir in heavy cream, asiago cheese, and mustard.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
